Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm (12pm $20 surcharge)

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 9pm to arrange for your Key pick up.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: No, but we have free on-site parking

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Australis Sanctuary Resort Motor Inn are non-smoking

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, The Treehouse Restaurant and Lounge Bar open 6 days a week at 6pm during EST and from 6.30pm during daylight savings.  We also open at 7am for a cooked buffet Breakfast (8am on Sunday).

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes Mon to Sat between 6pm and 8.45pm for anything on the restaurant menu.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: No, but we provide free broadband internet to all of our rooms

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a BBQ area set amongst the gardens surrounding our pool as well as table and chairs in the pool area.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 5 minutes by car to CBD shopping centres.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: Australis Sanctuary Resort Motor Inn has a Licenced Restaurant and Bar, We are also within 5-10 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, Fasta Pasta, Nando's, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, chinese, indian, thai and mexican. Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: Yes, in all rooms

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in date and time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged   the cost of first night booked. During peak times others conditions may apply please check directly with reception

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.
